Pricing & fees
No surprises. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We never add extra charges for travel, supplies, or anything else without telling you upfront.
Our discount vouchers are subsidized by our membership program — but your cleaner is paid in full for every job, guaranteed. CleverCleaners takes a small platform fee so cleaners keep the majority of what you pay. When you redeem a discount voucher, we cover the difference so no one is shortchanged.
Discount vouchers require a CleverClean membership ($59/month, cancel anytime). If you cancel before completing 6 paid months, your first cleaning reverts to the standard rate. You can also book one-time cleanings at full price without a membership — no strings attached.
Members get access to deeply discounted cleanings — more than 50% off the standard rate. Your membership renews monthly at $59 (taxes may apply) and you can cancel at any time through your account. There are no limits on how often you can book, and all discount vouchers are 100% refundable if unused.
Our cleaners
Yes. Every cleaner on CleverCleaners passes a rigorous certification process before their first booking and must maintain a 4.8-star average to stay on the platform. We run background checks on all applicants and review performance continuously.
Absolutely. After your first booking you can request a favorite cleaner for all future appointments. If your preferred cleaner isn’t available, we’ll suggest someone equally top-rated.

Bookings & cancellations
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you’re unhappy with any part of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll send someone back to make it right — at no extra cost.
If a cleaner cancels, we’ll immediately match you with another available top-rated cleaner for the same time slot. If we can’t find a same-day replacement, we’ll reschedule at a time that works for you and apply a discount to your next booking.

What’s not included
Moving heavy items, outdoor work, carpet cleaning, mold or infestation removal, deep stain removal, cleaning of pet messes, cleaning of blinds, and cleaning of areas outside normal reach.
The fine print
Valid only for new clients. Online appointment required. 6-hour cancellation policy applies. Vouchers expire after 1 year. Discount vouchers require a CleverClean membership at $59/month (taxes may apply), which grants future cleanings at more than 50% off. Membership can be cancelled anytime. Cancelling before 6 paid months results in the first cleaning being charged at the full rate.
